How to get a unique business idea protected by national patent?

I am a business enterpreneure and wish to get my unique business idea protected by patent. can anybody help me in this regard?

Under Indian Intellectual property Laws an idea by itself can never be registered, it is only when you have executed that idea as in your case; when you have erected a business organisation on the basis of that idea, than only you can claim legal protection by getting registered.
So, first start building idea in reality and most important get commercial profit form that idea than you are entitled to the protection of indian intellectual laws
Only idea do not get registered. [Though in USA even that happens].

Best to contact a patent agent/lawyer.
Patents is a very difficult and complex area – many things cannot be patented and only an agent can help you find out if your idea is patentable. Also, even if you can patent, the process is long and complicated – and timing (who gets the idea in first) is a big issue.

Indian patent Law’s are not stringent, if you really have a unique thing then Hire a lawyer, and ask him to get registered in US Patent Law, then you can cover the whole world.
